In the first half or 2025, Lakewood Ranch sold 1,185 new homes. The did see a significant shift in the sales breakdown. Attached homes took a much larger share of the sales than they typically have…now 42% instead of the typical 12%. Kudos to the Lakewood Ranch leadership, to rank number 1 for 8 years in a row in an incredible feat!
