More Build-To-Rent Homes Coming To Lakewood Ranch

Lafayette Real Estate has bought a 10 acre parcel on Lorraine Road for $3.5 million. They’ll be building 66 townhomes on the site. The community will be called Lorraine Crossings. A fourth of the townhomes will be workforce housing. Opening in early 2026, the community will be at 3518 Lorraine Road.
