SMR Details $200 Million Infrastructure Push for Southeast Expansion

As construction nears on the 2,200-acre Lakewood Ranch Southeast expansion, Schroeder-Manatee Ranch outlined plans for a 4.8-mile extension of Bourneside Boulevard and a four-laning of University Parkway, part of 15 miles of new roads and 16 roundabouts planned community-wide in 2025.
