Tavistock Completes 93,000-Sq-Ft Industrial Project

Orlando-based Tavistock Development finished a two-building industrial complex on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard in Waterside, with one tenant already signed for roughly a quarter of the space. The developer says it’s seeing strong demand from light manufacturing, distribution and indoor-recreation tenants.
