Lakewood Ranch Vice President Offers Development Forecast

Laura Cole, Lakewood Ranch SVP, gave a state of the Ranch address at the country club. The Ranch is currently 55 square miles with an aggregate assessed property value of $15 billion. In Q1 the ranch sold the 2nd most homes in their history, 616 new homes were sold. The Ranch population stands at 74,200 and is projected to reach 107,200 by 2034. Almost half of the Ranch (46%) is lakes, parks, trails, and other open space!
