Sarasota Firm Buys Lakewood Ranch Office Building For $3.4 Million

McLeod Land Services bought a 10,000 square foot office building at 7349 Merchant Court. The building will serve as the firm’s headquarters, was built in 2001, and was renovated in 2023.
