Manatee County Purchases Administration Building In Lakewood Ranch

Manatee County has bought a building in Lakewood Ranch for $23 million to house many of their departments. The building is located at 9000 Town Center Parkway. The two story 101,000 square foot building will house about 500 employees. The purchase will be finalized in September.
