Pulte Closes on 464 Acres for New 1,000-Home Community

PulteGroup has acquired nearly 500 acres in southeastern Lakewood Ranch for a new village called EverCreek, which will include 850 single-family homes and 150 townhomes. The community, located off Bourneside Boulevard, will feature an 8-acre amenity campus with a lazy-river pool, pickleball complex and dog park.
